Yes — depending on your plan you can use 1–5 devices. Each device is a unique Chrome profile. If you exceed your limit, the oldest device is removed automatically.

At midnight (12:00 AM Bangladesh time) every day — for all plans including Free.

Subscriptions are manually renewed. When it expires: go to Pricing, pay via bKash/Nagad/Rocket, and submit your Transaction ID. We'll reactivate within a few hours.

There's no time-limited trial, but the Free plan is permanent — you can test the extension with 10 prompts/day before upgrading. No credit card needed.

Yes. Simply purchase a new plan — your account will be updated when we process the payment. If upgrading mid-cycle, contact us to arrange a pro-rated adjustment.

We accept local Bangladeshi mobile payments: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Send payment to our number shown on the checkout page, then submit your Transaction ID via the form.

• Open the checkout form and note the merchant number
• Send the exact amount via bKash / Nagad / Rocket → Send Money
• Copy the Transaction ID from the confirmation SMS
• Enter Transaction ID + your email in the checkout form and submit

Do not use "Request Money" — always use "Send Money".

Typically within 1–4 hours. Most activations are done the same day. If not activated after 24 hours, email orders@promptmasterpro.net with your transaction ID.

Yes. Plans are not auto-renewed — you manually pay each cycle. Simply stop paying when you want to cancel; your plan expires at the end of the period and you revert to Free automatically.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if your plan has not been activated yet, or if we couldn't resolve a technical issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We display our verified payment numbers on the checkout page. We recommend double-checking the number and keeping your Transaction ID as proof. Contact us at contact page if you have concerns before payment.

Go to console.groq.com → sign up with Google → API Keys → Create Key. Takes ~2 minutes and is completely free. Groq free tier gives 1,000 vision requests/day.

• Check that you're on a supported browser (Chromium)
• Make sure the extension is pinned and you're logged in with the right email
• If on OWN KEY plan, confirm your API key is valid and not expired
• Try right-clicking the image instead of using the hover button

Yes — PromptMaster Pro works on any website with images. The hover button is enabled on popular stock and AI image sites. Use right-click on other sites for universal coverage.

No — prompt generation requires an active internet connection to send the image to the AI backend (or your own API). All prompts are generated in real-time via the cloud.
